The main living space includes a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 8, which are open onto the home's primary living room with vaulted ceiling and loft above.  Beyond that is a 400 square foot entertainment room with plenty of comfy seating, large TV, wood-burning fireplace, office workspace and a practice putting green.  

Outside of the living and dining rooms lies the perfect evening gathering space --  a 500 square foot screened porch overlooking the serene lake.  Enjoy dinner at the extra long dining table as the early evening sun glistens off the water.  Then turn on mood lighting as the sun sets and retire to the large sectional to recount your day's mountain adventures over cocktails or enjoy a movie on the extra large TV.

The "Lake Suite" is the primary downstairs bedroom with a king bed, large TV, desk and breathtaking views of the lake.  Its en suite bath includes a double shower and double vanity.  

The "Sewanee Suite" is the second downstairs master suite, also with a king bed, TV and en suite bath.

Upstairs you'll find a loft area with another desk and sitting area with chess and other games available.  

To one side of the loft is the "Chattanooga Suite," with two queen sized beds and an en suite bath.  

On the other side of the loft is the "Nashville Suite," which includes a king bed with a TV, cozy sitting area and an adjacent bedroom with three twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath with separate clawfoot tub and shower.
